Fernando Cortes

Fernando Cortes is an accomplished supply chain executive with extensive experience in transportation, logistics, and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Transportation at Walmart since October 2021, Cortes previously held key roles at Keurig Dr Pepper as Chief Supply Chain Officer and at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, where responsibilities included overseeing supply chain operations and strategy across multiple domains such as procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. With a solid foundation in engineering and finance, Cortes holds an M.B.A. from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
