Jack Griffith

Jack Griffith is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment sector, currently serving as the Director of Capital Advisory & Origination at Franklin Street since December 2022. With previous experience at Sylvan Road Capital LLC in acquisitions, Griffith contributed to investment management for institutional investors. Prior to that, Griffith was an Associate at Institutional Property Advisors, achieving over $450 million in transaction volume. Early career experiences include roles at Marcus & Millichap as part of the Sales Intern Program, as well as positions as a Sales and Leasing Agent at Hamner Real Estate and in community acquisitions at Comstock Holdings. Griffith began in property management at CRC Holdings LLC. Educationally, Griffith holds a degree from The University of Alabama and is a graduate of Culver Academies.
