Silpa Subash Mecheri

Silpa Subash Mecheri is a production supervisor at Ready Foods Inc. since February 2023, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles such as system design engineer/project engineer at iA, where scalable designs were developed to automate the processing of prescriptions. Prior experience includes serving as a software systems engineer/industrial engineer at Innovation Associates, focusing on process improvement and automation, and two graduate research associate positions that involved risk reduction and prioritization strategies in technology selection. Silpa also has experience as a process automation intern at Axis Global Automation, where PLC and HMI integration were tackled, and has held engineering intern positions focusing on electrical systems and manufacturing processes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani Dubai.
