Sunny Das

Sunny Das currently serves as an Account Coordinator at QX Global Group, beginning in April 2023. Prior to this role, Sunny worked at Etech Global Services from August 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included auditing email and voice tickets as a Quality Analyst and subsequently as a Quality Analyst Tier 2, providing feedback and coaching to agents based on performance. Sunny holds a Bachelor's degree from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2021, and has a strong foundation in commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where education was completed up to 12th grade in 2017.
