Kay Marvin

Kay Marvin is a seasoned professional in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and financial crimes compliance, currently serving as Director at Warburg Pincus LLC since June 2022. Previously, Kay held the role of Head of Funds AML at Brown Brothers Harriman from March 2020 to June 2022, overseeing AML compliance for various entities and managing interactions with multiple regulatory frameworks. Prior to this, Kay was Program Manager for Global AML & Counter-Terrorism Financing at Ares Management Corporation, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of AML programs across several jurisdictions. Kay's earlier experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant/Paralegal at The Management Group and as a Litigation Paralegal at both Jackson & Campbell PC and Joseph, Greenwald & Laake, P.A. Kay holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from George Mason University, alongside certifications in emergency medical technology and firefighting from the MD Fire & Rescue Institute.
