Denis Nikolayev is a seasoned software engineering professional with expertise in system design, development, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Warby Parker since February 2021, Denis previously held the position of Principal Engineer at Luminary Media, where significant contributions included a complete redesign of the home page generation system. Prior experience includes various roles at EPAM Systems, ranging from Lead Software Engineer on projects like an internal analytical decision-making tool and an e-commerce retail site, to Solutions Architect for a business process management system for Halyk Bank in Kazakhstan. Denis also worked as a Software Architect at Home Credit and Finance Bank and held multiple roles earlier in their career at EPAM Systems, focusing on technological implementations for municipal and national systems.
