Steve Greenfield

Steve Greenfield serves as a General Partner at Automotive Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to automotive and mobility technology, since April 2014. Steve holds various influential positions, including Chairman of the Board at Spree Acquisition Corp, where Steve oversees the operations of a publicly-listed special purpose acquisition company. Steve is actively involved as a board member in multiple organizations such as WarrCloud Inc., Lender Compliance Technologies, T-DRILL, and InstallerNet, providing strategic guidance in areas ranging from warranty claims administration to tube and pipe fabrication solutions. Additionally, Steve contributes as a board observer for Privacy4Cars and HopDrive, focusing on compliance solutions and car logistics automation. Steve also advises RunBuggy, a marketplace for car shipping. Steve holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a BA in Health Sciences from York University.
