Stephen Mills

Stephen Mills currently serves as the Global Director of Naval Cybersecurity at Wärtsilä, providing principal cybersecurity advice for Navy-related operations globally and leading corporate cybersecurity efforts in the US. Previously, Stephen held the position of Global Director of Maritime Cybersecurity at Royal Caribbean Group, overseeing security for a fleet of 65 ships and ensuring the safety of over 7 million guests annually. With a notable career in the US Navy, Stephen managed extensive cybersecurity initiatives and operations, including as Deputy N6/CIO at United States Fleet Forces Command and Military Deputy Director J6/CIO at United States Southern Command. Stephen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering specializing in Information Warfare from the Naval Postgraduate School, among other advanced degrees from prestigious military institutions.
