Bill Hunt

Bill Hunt is an accomplished housing and urban management professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Executive at Warwick District Council since April 2004, Bill is a key member of the Corporate Management Team overseeing strategic direction and operational delivery across various services, including housing, environmental health, and planning. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Head of Housing and Property Services, managing approximately 6,500 homes and the Council's asset portfolio. Bill's earlier career includes significant roles at South Warwickshire Housing Association, Coventry City Council, and the Coventry Citizens Advice Bureau, illustrating a strong background in housing management, community safety, and welfare rights. Bill's education began at Exeter School, completing studies in 1979.
