Madeline Grainger

Primary Care, Addiction Medicine Provider at Wasatch Homeless Health Care

Madeline Grainger, PA-C, MPAS, currently serves as a Primary Care and Addiction Medicine Provider at Fourth Street Clinic (Wasatch Homeless Health Care) since October 2024. Prior to this role, Madeline was the Lead Provider and Physician Assistant at Odyssey House of Utah from October 2020 to October 2024. Additional experience includes working as an Adaptive Ski Instructor at Wasatch Adaptive Sports, a Psychiatric Technician at University of Utah Health Hospitals and Clinics, and various coaching and support roles in sports and healthcare organizations. Madeline earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Nursing Studies from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Spanish from Willamette University, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah School of Medicine. Currently, Madeline is pursuing further education in the Comprehensive Management of Persons Living with HIV at NATAP.
