Jake McCarty

Jake McCarty has extensive experience in technology leadership and operations within the banking sector, currently serving as Experience Technology Leader at Washington Trust Bank since October 2008. In this role, Jake is responsible for enhancing the bank's technology capabilities across digital and physical channels, developing comprehensive solution roadmaps while collaborating with stakeholders. Previous roles at Washington Trust Bank include Retail Tech Delivery Manager, where Jake translated strategic objectives into actionable plans, Retail Group Operations Manager, focusing on departmental issue resolution, and Retail Admin Operations Specialist, assisting with special projects and technical support. Jake began a career in financial services at SAFE Credit Union from 2005 to 2008, holding various positions, including Senior Member Service Representative.
