Levi Alford

Levi Alford, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Washington Trust Bank since July 2024. Prior to this role, Levi worked at Spokane Eye Clinic as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and previously held positions including Talent Acquisition Advisor at IBM and Client Lead Recruiter at Amazon. Levi began a career in recruitment with Aerotek and also worked as a Commercial Insurance Broker at CHOICE Insurance, LLC. Academically, Levi holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Eastern Washington University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at Western Governors University, having completed an MBA from the same institution in November 2023.
