Project Management

The Project Management team at Washington/Baltimore HIDTA is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various initiatives related to drug-related public safety across the region. This includes managing programs such as ODMAP and Case Explorer, facilitating outreach and implementation efforts, and ensuring effective collaboration among law enforcement agencies. The team plays a pivotal role in strategizing and executing projects aimed at reducing drug trafficking and supporting prevention and treatment initiatives.
