Byron Tam

Byron Tam has extensive experience in IT support and technology systems, currently serving as a Technology Systems Technician I at Washoe County, State of Nevada since July 2017. Previously, Byron worked at Amazon as an IT Support Technician from October 2013 to July 2017, where responsibilities included evaluating IT equipment, providing on-site support, managing inventory, leading IT projects, and assisting with site builds. Prior experience includes a role as a PC Technician at Advantage Computers & Network Solutions, where Byron installed and configured hardware and software and managed store operations. Byron also held seasonal roles at Amazon Warehouse through Integrity Staffing Solutions, focusing on administrative assistance and recruitment. A Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems was earned from the University of Nevada, Reno, between 2006 and 2011.
