Kalie Work

Kalie Work is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public affairs, finance, and operations management. Currently serving as the Washoe County Recorder since January 2019, Kalie has focused on strategic public initiatives and technology reforms, effectively representing over 450,000 constituents. Previously at Microsoft from July 2010 to December 2017, Kalie held various leadership roles, including Finance Manager, where efforts were directed towards revenue recovery and compliance, and Field Operations Manager, which drove revenue growth. Kalie's earlier role as Sponsorships, Events & Volunteer Manager at PGA TOUR involved overseeing significant events and volunteer programs. Kalie holds a Master's degree in Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Nevada, Reno.
