Giuliano Gasparini Frics

Giuliano Gasparini FRICS, CRE®, HAMA, FIH, CHIA currently serves as the Head of Hospitality Asset Management at wasl group since July 2022. With extensive experience in asset management and acquisitions specifically in the hotels and leisure sector, Giuliano previously held the role of Associate Director at ALDAR Properties PJSC from June 2016 to May 2022. Prior key positions include Head of Consulting at PKF The Consulting House, Senior Vice-President at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, and Senior Associate at HVS. Giuliano's career began as a Hotels Senior Analyst at CBRE, and included consultancy roles at KPMG Hungary and experience in international relations at Università Bocconi and ISPI. Giuliano holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Tourism Economics from Università Bocconi and a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University.
