Ron Pepin possesses extensive experience in leadership and project management within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Project Leader for Customer Consent Compliance at WM, Ron previously held significant roles at Otis Elevator Company, including CIO for North and South America, Director of Global Application Development, and Project Manager for eBusiness Applications. As Managing Director at Pepin Consultants LLC, Ron leads strategic initiatives, leveraging a strong background that began with a role as System Design Engineer at UTC - Build Systems Company. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Systems Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a certificate from the UTC Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
