Ryan Leonard

Ryan Leonard, M.A. I/O Psych, M.S.W, serves as the Leadership Development Program Manager at WM since June 2022, focusing on executive coaching and psychometrically sound leadership assessments. As the Chief Leadership Psychologist and Owner of Executive Development Solutions since May 2017, Ryan contracts with organizations to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance through validated selection instruments. Previous experience includes leading organizational transformation as a Regional Executive at The LHC Group, coaching at Ochocos Outdoors, and providing human resources consulting at SNC-Lavalin and Thomson Reuters. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, a Master's in Social Work from Boise State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
