Leslie Coleman

Leslie Coleman serves as the Education Director at ChildCare Education Institute since 2011 and also works as a contractual Online Training Developer focusing on ECE-related content. In addition, Leslie has held the position of CDA Professional Development Specialist at The Council for Professional Recognition since December 2015 and is the Artist and Founder at Amourphous Designs. As an ECE Trainer with Innovations in Education, LLC since 2012, Leslie provides high-quality professional development for educators of children from birth to 12 years. Previous roles include ECE Trainer at Howard County Office of Children and Families, Adjunct Faculty at Community College of Baltimore County, and Professional Development Coordinator at Abilities Network. Leslie was also the Director of Training at Kiddie Academy, overseeing a training program for over 130 franchise locations. With a B.S. Ed. in Special Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Leslie has experience working with children with special needs as a Project ACT Teacher at Abilities Network from 2000 to 2004.
