Kenneth Nick

Kenneth Nick currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Waterfall Asset Management LLC since May 2024, while also holding the position of General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Waterfall Asset Management since October 2011. Prior to these roles, Kenneth was Senior Counsel at Guggenheim Partners from July 2004 to October 2011, Assistant General Counsel at Fiduciary Trust Company from January 1998 to July 2004, and Staff Attorney at Bear Stearns from 1994 to 1998. Kenneth holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, obtained between 1992 and 1996, and an AB in Communication from the University of Michigan, earned from 1988 to 1992.
