Janae Wareing

Janae Wareing is an experienced leader in the retirement community sector, currently serving as Executive Director at Watermark Retirement Communities since April 2020. Previously held the position of Executive Director at Enlivant from June 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while promoting quality care for residents. Janae also served as Business Office Director at Brookdale Broadway from August 2000 to December 2015. Education was completed at Dobson High School.
