Roel Dreschler

Roel Dreschler has over 30 years of experience in water management and civil engineering, with a strong focus on project management, oversight of dredging and maintenance projects, and directing operations within various water authorities. Currently serving as a Toezichthouder at Waterschap Hollandse Delta since August 2014, Roel has also held key roles such as Directeur and Owner at BlauwVisie, and has worked in contract management and project leadership for multiple Hoogheemraadschap organizations. Roel’s educational background includes an Hoger Uniediploma in Cultuurtechniek and a degree in Weg- en waterbouwkunde, which underpins extensive expertise in water system management, maintenance of civil structures, and strategic project planning.
