Annika Dijkhuis

Annika Dijkhuis has extensive experience in water management and enforcement, currently serving as Teamleider beheer en onderhoud and Handhaver en buitengewoon opsporingsambtenaar domein 2 at Waterschap Noorderzijlvest since January 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing and enforcing regulations for agricultural enterprises and companies with water law permits, providing policy support for enforcement, and participating in regional and national enforcement discussions with other water authorities. Prior to this role, Annika was the Secretary of the bezwaarschriftencommissie at Gemeente Eemsmond from April 2010 to December 2011. Annika holds a Bachelor's degree in Hbo Rechten from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and has completed various management and enforcement-related courses, including HBO Management for government and non-profit organizations, and specialized training as a buitengewoon opsporingsambtenaar.
