Randy Thompson, M.S., P.E., is an experienced engineering and technology management professional with a significant background in international business development, particularly in environmental solutions and construction products. Currently serving as the Director of Technology for HydroTurf at Watershed Geo since January 2022, Randy previously held the position of Director of Market Development for Export Business at Propex Operating Company, LLC, where efforts focused on promoting reinforced vegetation as a sustainable alternative to traditional solutions in international markets. Earlier roles include Senior Regional Sales Engineer at Contech Construction Products and Senior Pharmaceutical Consultant at SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, demonstrating a diverse expertise spanning engineering, sales, and healthcare.
