David Sparks

David Sparks, CMB®, AMP, CRU, currently serves as Bond Manager for Investor Relations and Product Development at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, a role held since September 2018, focusing on collaboration with various stakeholders in the housing finance sector and ensuring compliance with Underwriting and Product Guidelines. Prior to Waterstone, David was Operations Manager and VP of National HFA Sales Support at U.S. Bank from September 2006 to September 2018, responsible for staff management and training in loan processing and compliance. David's career began at Bank of America in various roles including Assistant Manager and Loan Processor, where responsibilities ranged from quality assurance to underwriting. David holds a degree from Morehouse College and possesses extensive knowledge of state housing finance programs and agency guidelines.
