Tom Weinard

Tom Weinard is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation since January 2009. With a focus on facilitating a seamless homebuying experience for Realtors, builders, and homebuyers, Tom brings extensive expertise to the role. Prior to this, Tom was a Senior Mortgage Consultant at HomeBanc Mortgage from March 2004 to December 2008 and held the position of Senior Vice President at Transcontinental Companies from 2000 to 2003. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, earned between 1981 and 1986.
