Paul Sykes, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP of Talent and Culture at Waterway Carwash, focusing on enhancing talent acquisition and candidate experience since April 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held multiple human resource positions at Enterprise Holdings from August 2008 to January 2022, including Group Human Resources Manager, where oversight was provided for over 1,800 employees across diverse business divisions and locations in multiple states. Paul’s earlier experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car involved leadership in training programs and branch management, demonstrating proven skills in employee development and operational efficiency. Paul holds a BA (hons) in Economics from Lancaster University.
