Gayle Clarke

Gayle Clarke has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR at Watford Football Club since August 2007, with a progression from HR Manager to HR & Business Administrator and PA to the Senior Management Team. Prior roles include EMQE Senior Co-Ordinator at LeapFrog from April 2005 to July 2007, Assistant Business Centre Manager at Avanta Management Services Ltd for a brief period in 2004, and Operations Support Manager at Optima Human Resource Consultants Ltd from October 1999 to January 2004. Gayle Clarke holds a BA Honours Degree in Sports and Fitness Studies from Luton University (1994-1997) and a BTEC National Diploma in Leisure Studies from West Herts College (1992-1994), alongside CIPD qualifications.
