Jordan Niskanen

Jordan Niskanen is an experienced professional in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), currently serving as the Director of Robotic Process Automation at Watsco, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jordan was an RPA Configuration Principal Consultant at Allianz Life from August 2020 to May 2022, and also held positions as Application Operations Lead and RPA Solutions Architect at Bechtel Corporation between May 2018 and August 2020. Jordan's expertise includes developing and maintaining analytical reports for Human Resources and Finance, troubleshooting operating system issues, and collaborating with experts to resolve automation challenges. Jordan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with a focus on Software Application Programming from Colorado Technical University, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
