Hannah Pridgeon Mrics

Hannah Pridgeon MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with a solid background in the real estate sector, currently working at Watsons Property since October 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Residential Surveyor at Lovelle Bacon Chartered Surveyors and as a Chartered Surveyor at JHWalter LLP, where responsibilities encompassed sales negotiation and graduate surveying. An early career experience at Chesterton Humberts provided insights into valuation processes and property marketing across a variety of property types in Lincolnshire. Hannah also gained valuable experience through internships with Lindum Group and Globe Consultants Limited, and served as a Course Representative while studying for a BSc Hons in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University from 2009 to 2012.
