Brian Mwangi

Brian Mwangi has extensive experience in asset ownership transfer and collections, currently serving as Team Lead for Asset Ownership Transfer at Watu Credit since January 2019, where responsibilities include resolving team escalations and managing work plans. Previously, Brian held various positions within Watu Credit, enhancing client support and training staff to minimize bad debt while adhering to legal regulations. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as an Attache at Kenya Ports Authority, providing IT support, and working as a Logistics Officer at Aramex, focusing on parcel delivery and database management. Brian holds an undergraduate degree in Business Information Technology from Mount Kenya University, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
