Kelsey Richardson

Kelsey Richardson is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Construction Services at Waukee Community School District since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey held multiple positions at DCI Group Inc. from January 2018 to September 2024, including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Kelsey began the career at Ball Construction Services, LLC as a Project Engineer from 2007 to 2009. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University between 2003 and 2007.
