The Property Management Team at Wavecrest Management Team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of over 21,000 residential units spread across 400 buildings. This includes ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, managing tenant relations, addressing violation compliance, and coordinating with the maintenance staff.
