Emma Doherty

Emma Doherty currently serves as Chapter President for the SHRM chapter at Elon University, where responsibilities include leading recruitment activities and public relations efforts, as well as coordinating meetings and guest speakers. Emma has held various positions within the chapter, including Vice President and Secretary, managing membership records and organizational communications. Additionally, Emma is the Intramural Sports Office Manager at Campus Recreation & Wellness, overseeing event logistics, employee training, and payroll management. With internship experience at Wayfair and HS Brands Global, Emma developed skills in human resources, including analyzing employee satisfaction, enhancing onboarding processes, and conducting recruitment activities. Emma is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Elon University.
