Santiago Velez-Ferro

Santiago Velez-Ferro is an experienced economist with a robust academic and professional background. Currently serving as an L3 Economist at Wayfair, Santiago has previously held the positions of L2 Economist at the same company and has worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Maryland. Additionally, Santiago has experience as a Data Analytics Manager at Serviefectivo and as a Research Assistant at the University of the Andes. Santiago earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Maryland from July 2014 to May 2019 and a Master of Arts in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes from 2011 to 2013.
