Thangaraj Vinayagmoorthy

Thangaraj Vinayagmoorthy is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Wayfair since February 2023, Thangaraj is responsible for building teams within Product Engineering, Product Management, and campus recruitment initiatives in India. Prior to this, as Vice President at LeadSquared, Thangaraj led global talent acquisition efforts and university hiring strategies. At Uniphore, Thangaraj held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included developing TA strategies for multiple regions and enhancing talent branding. Earlier roles include Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Walmart Labs India and various recruiting positions at Informatica and Realsoft Inc. Thangaraj holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University and a B.Tech in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
