Nathan Monson

Nathan Monson is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in hardware and software development. Currently serving as a LiDAR Engineer at Waymo since July 2019, Monson previously held the position of Director of Hardware Engineering at Anki, Inc., where Nathan managed hardware projects from concept to mass production. Earlier roles include Software Engineer at Suitable Technologies, Embedded Systems Engineer at Neato Robotics, and Software Architect at Adobe Systems, where Monson led the development of real-time conferencing architecture. Monson began their career at Macromedia as a Principal Engineer and contributed significantly as a Lead Engineer at Presedia. Educational qualifications were obtained from Southwest Minnesota State University.
