LaToya Turner is an experienced professional in career development and hospitality management, currently serving as the Center for Career Excellence Director at Howard University School of Business since October 2020. In this role, LaToya has successfully developed strategic initiatives, managed a center budget exceeding $220,000 annually, and established impactful programs such as the Career Closet and faculty career champion initiative. Additionally, LaToya has substantial experience in higher education as an online instructor at Wayne County Community College District and has held various management roles in catering and conference services at MGM National Harbor and MGM Grand Detroit.
