Justin Daugherty

Justin Daugherty currently serves as the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at Wayne Dalton Corp. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held positions as a Process Engineer at Micro Mold & Plastikos from November 2020 to April 2023 and as a Continuous Improvement / Process Development Engineer at PRISM Plastics, Inc. between January 2017 and November 2020. Earlier experience includes internships in process engineering at GOJO Industries, Viking Plastics, and Consolidated Container Company. Justin Daugherty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, earned in 2016.
