Dr. Markita Lyons Hall

Dr. Markita Lyons Hall serves as the Executive Director of Educational Services at Wayne RESA since February 2015, overseeing educational services for Wayne County Schools and offering intensive support to low-performing districts and schools. Prior experience includes working as a School Achievement Consultant at Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency and as the Director of School Turnaround at Detroit Public Schools, where significant initiatives for school improvement were coordinated. Dr. Hall's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Grambling State University, a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, an Educational Specialist degree from Central Michigan University, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University.
