Thea Grivakes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business operations, project management, and communications across various industries. Currently serving as a Strategic Business Operations Advisor at Waypoint Insurance since November 2022, Thea has previously held key positions including Manager of Projects & Communications at Aloha Pools Ltd, and Manager of Business Development at eCenter Research. As Co-Founder and Co-Director of Cameras4Change, Thea played a significant role in promoting self-expression among marginalized youth. Thea owned and produced content for A Blue Car Films Inc., and served as a Digital Content Producer for CineCoup.
