Shanay Shah

Shanay Shah is an operations specialist at Wazer. Shanay has previous experience working as an operations engineer at Rip Van and their responsibilities there included devising and directing the operations and logistics of the company, developing SOPs for various operational procedures, monitoring quality checks, and Engaging with 3PL providers to manage shipments and inventories. Shanay also has experience with launching new SKUs, analyzing sales data, implementing LIFO and FIFO methods, initiating the process of drop shipment, improving KPIs, and leading a team of interns.

Shanay Shah holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University with a concentration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Shanay also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Prior to their collegiate career, Shanay completed the A/AS level in Science at the University of Cambridge as well as the International General Certificate of Secondary Education in Science at Utpal Sanghvi School. Shanay is also certified by the MIT Sociotechnical Systems Research Center (SSRC) in LAI Lean Academy Course, Six Sigma Global Institute in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Trinity College Cambridge in Elocution, Government of Maharashtra (GoM) in Elementary and Intermediate Drawing, and University of Cambridge in ICT Starters.
