Amy Gorel is an experienced journalist and editor with a strong background in digital content management and audience engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Editor at WBUR since February 2014, Amy has edited diverse digital content, collaborated with reporters, trained producers, and contributed to audience engagement projects. Previously, roles at WBUR included Associate Producer, Digital Editor, and Producer for The ARTery, showcasing expertise in arts and culture reporting. Prior to WBUR, Amy worked as a Public Relations Associate at Boston University School of Medicine, where responsibilities included video production and social media management. With a dual Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Journalism from Boston University, Amy has developed a comprehensive skill set across various media platforms.
