Eric Steinhaus

Eric Steinhaus has enjoyed a distinguished career in the television industry, primarily with WDIV-TV, where Eric has served as Engineering Operations Manager since June 2000, overseeing studio and master control operations, liaising with the news department, and managing technical aspects of large remote productions. Prior experience includes roles as Engineering Sales Manager for Communications System Group and Technician at WDIV-TV, with a background in post-production that includes an Emmy award. Eric Steinhaus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University, earned between 1976 and 1980. As of May 1, 2020, Eric Steinhaus has retired, concluding a successful career in the industry.
