Kristina Willis

Kristina W. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational support and recruitment within various sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at We Are Rosie since February 2021, Kristina W. manages CEO operations, including calendar management and communication strategy. Prior to this role, Kristina W. was an Executive Assistant to the President at More Development, overseeing administrative operations for high-level executives, and served in multiple recruitment roles at Baha Mar, where Kristina W. played a key role in talent sourcing for a new luxury hotel brand.
