Lungani Dube

Lungani Dube serves as the Regional MEAL Advisor at We Effect since February 2023, following a role as Collaboration, Learning and Adapting Lead at Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) where efforts were concentrated on the Amalima Loko initiative in Matabeleland North. Prior positions include MERL Coordinator at Plan International Zimbabwe and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Sustainable Agriculture Technology (SAT), focusing on the Beef Enterprise Strengthening and Transformation Project. Additional experience includes roles at Childline Zimbabwe and Empretec Zimbabwe/Mathalaza Dairy, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring, evaluation, research, and information management. Academically, Lungani Dube holds a Master's degree in Social Science, Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as several degrees in Monitoring and Evaluation, Operations Research and Statistics, and Library and Information Science from Lupane State University and the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe.
