Reid Williams

Reid Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, product engineering, and venture partnerships. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at IDEO CoLab Ventures since September 2022 and as a Co-Founder of WE3 since June 2021, Reid previously held key roles at Kindred, where contributions included launching an online prediction game. Experience also includes serving as Product Lead at Computable, focusing on application development within a data marketplace, and various leadership positions at IDEO from June 2013 to September 2018, primarily in AI, machine learning, and software. Reid holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biophysics from the University of California, San Francisco, alongside degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
