Boris Kessler is an accomplished legal professional specializing in corporate and M&A transactions. Currently serving as Managing Counsel at Wealthfront since March 2021, Boris has a robust background in law developed through progressive roles at leading firms such as Sidley Austin LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Boris began the legal career as an Associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where significant experience was gained starting in 2015.
