Zulfiqar Ali Sheikhbhoy

Zulfiqar Ali Sheikhbhoy is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technology roles. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Wealthsimple since March 2018, Zulfiqar previously held positions as a Founding Engineer at UpFund.io, where involvement included launching an inventory funding solution for Amazon merchants. Prior to that, Zulfiqar worked as a Senior Software Developer at Influitive, contributing to an advocate marketing platform using Ruby on Rails and React. Zulfiqar's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted through co-founding Game Ventures, a multiplayer sports game company, as well as TimeSvr, an offshore virtual assistant solution, where responsibilities included serving as VP Engineering and CTO, respectively. Zulfiqar obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore between 2004 and 2008.
