Heather Sebastian

Heather Sebastian, PSP, currently serves as a Scheduling Executive at Clark Construction Group, LLC, since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Las Vegas Sands Corporation, where Heather was the Director of Scheduling for a $7 billion portfolio, as well as Schedule Manager, overseeing multiple schedules. Heather's prior tenure at Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company as a Sr. Scheduling Engineer involved directing 21,000 construction activities for the $850 million Aulani project. Earlier positions included Master Scheduler at Las Vegas Sands Corp. handling $6 billion in projects and Claims & Scheduling Analyst at Sage Consulting Group, focusing on project costs for significant national projects. Heather holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
